2. VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE AREA
In this area, young people have access to vocational guidance counsellors who advise them on the choice of an apprenticeship or the design of a personal and professional project. The young people receive personalised counselling, taking into account their background and their prospects for integration into the labour market. The area is supervised by partners including ANPEJ, 3FPT, ONFP and the Société Sénégal Numérique, which awards training scholarships on this occasion.
3. ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND FINANCING AREA
This section is specifically aimed at entrepreneurs and those who would like to become entrepreneurs. The aim is to promote entrepreneurship among young people, to inform about market niches and professions with a future, and to present assistance and support services for jobseekers and migrants. It is divided into three sub-areas: an area for ideation and business plan development, an area on financing and a stand area managed by institutions such as ANPEJ, DER and incubators.
4. JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN SENEGAL AREA
Various exhibitors will be present to inform, advise and orient young visitors about job opportunities in Senegal. The aim is to bring job seekers and employers together.
5. MASTERCLASSES AREA
In this area, about 20 training sessions are planned on topics such as self-confidence, international professional mobility projects, personal branding or customer loyalty. In addition, the young people can revise their CVs with HR experts and improve their personal appearance during simulations of a job interview. The complete training programme is available here.
